Welcome to Earth Candy Gems! We partner with independent artisans all over the world , so Items ship directly from different creators and may arrive in separate packages at slightly different times.

SHIPPING

Processing: 1–3 business days.Delivery: 3–7 business days (US shipping only).

Tracking: Sent via email for each package in your order.Fees: Calculated automatically at checkout based on weight.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We offer a 30-day return window with zero restocking fees.Eligibility: Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Apothecary Exception: Teas, oils, and body products must be unopened with safety seals intact. Opened items cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return: Do not mail items to the address on the box. Email me directly at [morganbergara@yahoo.com] with your order number and a clear photo of the item. Once approved, I will send you the correct return address.

Cancellations: Must be requested immediately before the supplier ships. Once marked delivered by the carrier, ownership transfers to the customer.

Refunds: Processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the supplier receives the return.
