Yes! Many of our crystals, apothecary items, and enchanted décor are lovingly cleansed with intention before they are shipped to you. We use methods such as smoke cleansing, sound vibrations, or moonlight, depending on the piece. This ensures they arrive ready to radiate positive energy in your space.
Do You Handle Our Packages Safely?
Absolutely! Each package is handled with the utmost care. We carefully wrap and secure every item to ensure it arrives safely at your door. Fragile pieces, like crystals and delicate décor, are cushioned and packed thoughtfully to protect them during their journey. Your treasures are in good hands!
RETURNS
Do you Accept returns?
We want you to love your treasures! While we do not accept returns on lost packages or orders with incorrect addresses, if your item arrives broken or damaged, please reach out to us right away. We’ll work with you to determine the best solution, whether that’s a replacement or another resolution, to ensure your satisfaction. Please take photos or videos while unboxing and contact us within 24hrs of delivery.
